We always follow the original terms of the airline, hotel, or supplier for refunds and date changes.

For international trips, we generally recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance (or even earlier during peak seasons and holidays) so you get better fares, hotel options, and enough time for visa processes if required.
For local or short-haul trips without visas, 2–4 weeks can sometimes be enough, but earlier is always safer and usually cheaper.
